I need my order FAST! Do you take rush jobs?

Yes we do! The standard turnaround time for our jobs is 4-8 weeks (Unless stated elsewise over phone or in person). We have a huge volume of intake every week due to our low prices, quality, and customization. We are more than happy to accommodate rush jobs. Please note that a rush fee will be applied & is dependent on the proximity of the deadline.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes! Appointments are only required on Monday and Tuesday- please call or text 215-290-1734 to schedule. We are open Wednesday - Saturday 10-5, and closed Sunday.

Can I have my order delivered?

Yes- we are able to accommodate most delivery requests. For drop-off locations within 5 miles of our shop, the delivery fee is $25. For drop-off locations within 10 miles of our shop, the delivery fee is $50, and $1.25 per mile after 10 miles (For cross country delivery or jobs over 500 miles, rates change to $74/hour driving for artwork over $20,000, or just the price of shipping via UPS/FedEx to freight and mail it)

What if I don’t find EXACTLY what I want?

We have access to an endless variety of materials- far more than the samples on view in our shop. We are happy to listen to your concept, look at reference pictures, and find exactly what you have in mind. We are are also a full carpentry studio in our shop basement: we can make anything to spec. and style per request.

What kind of art is for sale?

We have a diverse collection of artwork available for sale in the shop. From original paintings, Chinese papercut art, vintage botanical prints, fine art recreations, photographs of iconic Philadelphia scenes, work by local South Philly artists and more, there is something for all tastes in art here!

I’m a local artist! How can I display work in the shop?

If you are a local artist interested in placing your original artwork or prints for sale in our shop, send an email to wendywendyframe@gmail.com, subject “Local Artist Display”. We are not able to display all submissions as wall space is limited, but we aim to represent our arts community by rotating our art on view!
